What is the duration of the programs?
Level 1 is designed as a 2-week program but can be done in one session. Level 2 and 3 is a 6-week program designed in such a way to give you time to take action.
What is the price of the course?
Level 1 is R149
Level 2 and 3 is R239
Level 1, 2 and 3 as a bundel is R499
Is this program suitable for beginners?
Yes, Senior Plus is perfect for beginners, but different fitness levels will be taken into consideration.
What exercise equipment do I need?
Basic equipment like resistance bands and light dumbbells is recommended for the exercise programs, but modifications are available.
How can I access the program?
Senior Plus is available via WhatsApp, as well as online, with downloadable content and instructional videos, depending on the program.
