What is the duration of the mini-course?

The mini-course is self-paced and can be completed in one to six sessions, depending on your schedule and commitment. It is an online module with 6 sessions and practical worksheets to ensure that you have the opportunity to take action.

What is the price of the course?

The WhatsApp course is R99 and the Senior Plus mini-course is priced at R 239.

Is this program suitable for beginners? Yes, Senior Plus is perfect for beginners but different fitness levels will be taken into consideration.

What exercise equipment do I need? Basic equipment like resistance bands and light dumbbells is recommended for the exercise programs, but modifications are available.

How can I access the program? Senior Plus is available via WhatsApp, as well as online, with downloadable content and instructional videos.
